Dale Bowman’s column on the MCAA Winter Tournament

Sam Snow and Frank Rink organize some great tournaments for the Midwest Carp Anglers Association and the winter tournament was no exception.

I only managed 10 hours of fishing during the two months of the tournament but it was great to watch everbody’s progress. Special congratulations are in order for Dan Ramir who was the 2010 MCAA Winter Champion this on the heels of being the 2009 Windy City Cap League Champion.
